The Real Estate Institute of the Northern Territory (REINT) represents and supports real estate professionals territory-wide. As the industry’s peak body, REINT provides advocacy, education, and resources to strengthen professionalism and elevate the industry.
As a Social Agent client, REINT engaged us to support and amplify the 2025 Awards for Excellence. The goal was simple: take a major industry event and extend its reach, impact, and visibility far beyond the room.
The Opportunity
Awards nights are high-impact in the moment, but short-lived in visibility.
The opportunity was to transform the REINT Awards into a multi phase digital campaign that built momentum before the event, captured attention during it, and extended its value well beyond the night itself.
Rather than a single night of content, we engineered a structured campaign across every phase of the awards journey, turning a moment into sustained momentum.
Scope of Work

Finalist announcements
Designed, created, and scheduled finalist announcements across all platforms, featuring award categories and event sponsors to build early awareness.

Pre-event campaign
A structured rollout of sponsor features, category promotions, and event previews designed to build anticipation across the NT real estate community.

Live on-site activation
Full live social media activation on Awards Night. Red carpet interviews, real-time winner announcements, and highlight reels published as the evening unfolded.

Post-event amplification
Winner highlights, recap content, and continued storytelling through November, ensuring the event remained visible well beyond the night itself.

Member training workshop
Delivery of a social media training workshop for real estate professionals, providing practical tools to improve digital presence and leverage future opportunities.

All content was edited, captioned, and published with collaborative tags, maximising reach into the networks of agencies, winners, and attendees.
